Platform Services

ESB1995 provides software-engineering learning content, interactive tools, saved work, account features, and JPR productivity workspaces such as ATS, notes, project boards, invoicing, finance tracking, short links, quizzes, learning progress, certificates, and API keys.

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or retired as the platform develops. Some features may be labelled beta, experimental, coming soon, or subject to separate limits.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. If you use ESB1995 for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and recovery codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by the platform itself.

JPR Workspaces and Saved Data

JPR features help organise work, but you remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, backups, permissions, and business decisions connected to your notes, boards, invoices, financial entries, links, saved tool results, and other workspace data.

Do not treat ESB1995 as your only recordkeeping or backup system. Export or retain independent copies of information that is important to your legal, financial, employment, or operational obligations.

Applicant Tracking and Candidate Data

If you use ATS features, you confirm that you are authorised to collect, upload, review, and retain candidate information and that you will provide required privacy notices and honour applicable candidate rights.

You must not upload discriminatory, unlawfully obtained, excessive, or irrelevant information. Automated parsing and matching scores are aids only; hiring decisions require human review and must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

Tools, Calculators, and Generated Output

Tools and generated outputs are provided for convenience and general information. Financial, tax, salary, legal, HR, security, code, scheduling, and estimation outputs are not professional advice and may not reflect your jurisdiction, data, or circumstances.

You must review inputs and verify outputs before using them in production, financial decisions, employment actions, contracts, security controls, or other consequential work.

Academy Content and Certificates

Academy lessons, exercises, blogs, guides, and tips are educational resources. We aim for broad and accurate coverage but do not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a specific exam, job, project, or technology version.

ESB1995 completion certificates record platform learning activity. They are not academic degrees, professional licences, employer endorsements, or guarantees of competence or employment.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you enter or upload. You grant ESB1995 a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested platform features.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that it does not violate law, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or these Terms. Public comments may be moderated or removed.

Acceptable Use

You must not attack, probe, overload, scrape at disruptive scale, reverse engineer protected parts, bypass access controls or rate limits, spread malware, impersonate others, send spam, misuse API keys, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

You must not attempt to access another user's account or data, upload secrets you are not authorised to share, or use platform output to make unlawful automated decisions about individuals.

ESB1995 Content and Intellectual Property

The ESB1995 brand, interface, original lessons, exercises, articles, designs, and platform code are owned by or licensed to ESB1995 unless stated otherwise. You may use public learning content for personal study and internal reference but may not republish substantial portions, remove attribution, or operate a competing copy without permission.

Third-party names, libraries, documentation, trademarks, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licences or terms.

Third-Party Services, Links, and Advertising

The platform may use or link to third-party services, documentation, websites, analytics, reCAPTCHA, and advertising providers such as Google. ESB1995 does not control their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Suspension and Account Deletion

We may restrict or suspend access to protect the platform, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

You may schedule account deletion from account settings. A recovery period may apply before permanent deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law, remain effective after account closure.

No Warranty

To the extent permitted by law, ESB1995 is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free output, security against every threat, or that any content or feature will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESB1995 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow you to waive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law grants you.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the platform changes. The revised Terms become effective when posted with a new update date. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or account email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
